Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, and refund any payment, if we cannot verify your age, if the delivery address is somewhere we cannot lawfully ship, if a product is unavailable, or if a price or description on the site was clearly wrong.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Any taxes due are calculated at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.
5. Shipping
Shipping options, prices and delivery estimates are set out on our shipping and returns page. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.
6. Returns and refunds
You can ask to return unopened, unused and sealed items within 14 days of delivery, as described on our shipping and returns page. This does not affect any rights you have under applicable law.

We describe each product as it is labeled by the manufacturer, including the strain type and THC figure printed on the packaging. Product photos are for illustration; packaging can change. We do not make any medical or health claims about our products. Gummies and other products may contain allergens; check the packaging before use.
8. Responsible use
